    Part 1

    Flowers 花??

    1. Why do people like to give flowers as gifts?

    2. Will you take photos of flowers?

    3. Are there many flowers near your home?

    4. Is there anyone around you who likes flowers very much?

    5. Do people in your country often send flowers to others?

    Stay Up Late

    1. Do you often stay up late?

    2. Did you often stay up late when you were a kid?

    3. What do you do when you stay up late?

    4. What dose it feel like the next morning if you stay up late?

I usually scroll through my phone or binge-watch some shows. Sometimes I lose track of time without even noticing it。

Oh, I feel totally drained and kind of grumpy. It's hard to get through the day without yawning all the time。

    Public places

    1. Have you ever talked with someone you don't know in public places?

Yeah, quite often actually. Usually at bus stops when the bus is late - classic British small talk about the weather or complaining about transport。

    2. Do you wear headphones in public places?

Always on the tube - it's my way of avoiding eye contact and awkward conversations! But I don't wear them in shops or cafés, feels a bit rude。

    3. Would you like to see more public places near where you live?

Definitely. We've only got one small park nearby and it's always packed. Would love a proper community centre or a decent library - ours closed down last year due to budget cuts。

    Doing something well 做好事??

    1. Do you have an experience that you did something well?

Yes, I organised a charity bake sale at uni last term. Managed to get dozens of people involved, raised over £500 for a local food bank。

    2. Do you have an experience that your teacher thought you did a good job?

Definitely. My A-level English teacher was really impressed with my essay on Shakespeare. She read bits of it to the class as an example of good analysis and gave me top marks。

    3. Do you often tell your friends when they do something well?

Yeah, I do try to. I think we're often too British about giving compliments, aren't we When my mate passes her driving test or cooks a lovely meal, I always say so。

    Growing vegetables

    1. Are you interested in growing vegetables and fruits?

Yeah, I'd love to but I'm rubbish at it! Tried growing tomatoes on my windowsill last summer - they all died within weeks。

    2. Is growing vegetables popular in your country?

It's getting more popular, especially since lockdown. Loads of people got into it when they had nothing else to do! Allotments have massive waiting lists now - my mate's been waiting two years for one。

    3. Do many people grow vegetables in your city?

Not as many as you'd think, being London and all. Most of us live in flats with no gardens. But there are community gardens popping up everywhere, and some people guerrilla garden on roundabouts。

    Shoes

    1. Do you like buying shoes How often?

Not excessively, no. I'd say I add a new pair to my collection every few months, typically at the start of a new season. I enjoy refreshing my wardrobe to match the changing weather and trends。

    2. Have you ever bought shoes online?

Yes, absolutely. It's incredibly convenient to browse countless styles from home. However, I'm always cautious about sizing and make sure the retailer has a good returns policy, just in case。

    3. Which do you prefer, fashionable shoes or comfortable shoes?

That's a tricky one! Ideally, I look for a perfect blend of both. I refuse to wear painfully uncomfortable shoes, but I also believe that a well-designed, stylish shoe can significantly boost your confidence and complete an outfit。

    Part 2&3

Describe a person who loves to protect the environment.

You should say: Who this person is、How you know about him/her、What he/she does to protect the environment、And explain how you feel about this person。

Describe a time when you received good service in a shop/store.

You should say: Where the shop is、When you went to the shop、What service you received from the staff、And explain how you felt about the service。

Part3: Why are shopping malls so popular in China What are the advantages and disadvantages of shopping in small shops?

Describe a talk you gave to a group of people.

You should say: Who you gave the talk to、What the talk was about、Why you gave the talk、And explain how you felt about the talk。

Part3: What benefits does the internet bring to communication Which one is better, being a communicator or a listener?

Describe a place with a lot of trees that you would like to visit (e.g. a forest, oasis).

You should say: Where it is、How you knew this place、What it is like、And explain why you would like to visit it。

I'd really like to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Hunan Province, which I first discovered through the movie Avatar. Those floating mountains in the film were actually inspired by the towering sandstone pillars there。
